These Terms of Service govern your use of Stardormic ("SD," "we," "us"), operated by Bhargav Pesala. By creating an account or using Stardormic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Stardormic is a free, open network for student founders and builders in India. It allows users to post startup ideas, create public builder profiles, and discover potential teammates by skill, college, and location. Stardormic is not a job board, a freelancing platform, or an employment service.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password. Your Dormic ID (SD-XXXX) is permanent and cannot be changed after it is set. You may only have one account on Stardormic.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, impersonate others, or use the platform in bad faith.
You may post genuine startup ideas, real skills, and authentic contact information. You are responsible for everything you post on Stardormic.

Stardormic facilitates discovery between founders and builders. Once two users connect, all further communication and any agreements made between them happen entirely outside of Stardormic.
Stardormic is not responsible for: any agreements, equity splits, co-founder disputes, project outcomes, or interactions that occur between users after connecting on our platform. We strongly recommend that founders and builders use proper legal agreements when forming startup teams.
You retain ownership of everything you post on Stardormic. By posting on SD, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising purposes.
You can delete your content and account at any time from the dashboard settings.
The Stardormic name, logo, design, codebase, and all platform features are the intellectual property of Bhargav Pesala. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative products from Stardormic without written permission.
Stardormic is free to use for all founders and builders. We will never charge for access to core features. If we ever introduce optional paid features in the future, we will give clear notice and the core network will remain free.
Stardormic is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free of bugs, or that connections made on SD will result in successful startup teams. We are a small team building something real — we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Stardormic and Bhargav Pesala will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes any business losses, co-founder disputes, or startup failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes. Continued use of Stardormic after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
